Assistant Trainer/Rider
Chloe Paetsch
Originally from Colorado, Chloe Paetsch began her professional riding career at the age of 18 and has since developed a well-rounded, high-performance resume in equestrian sport. With a strong foundation in the jumper ring, she pursued opportunities focused on education and excellence, working in premier equestrian hubs including Wellington, Florida; Long Island, New York; Southern California; and throughout Europe. These experiences exposed her to top-level programs, diverse training systems, and elite competitive environments.
Over more than a decade on the road, Chloe cultivated not only technical riding ability but also strong leadership and management skills through her work in high-performance barns on both coasts. Her experience overseeing barn operations, horse care, soundness, nutrition, and competition schedules—while competing at the highest levels—has shaped her ability to perform under pressure and manage complex programs. She is now expanding her focus into the hunter discipline, a longtime professional goal, bringing the same standards, work ethic, and attention to detail to the hunter ring.
In addition to her riding career, Chloe has broadened her perspective through officiating and education, earning her USEF Licensed Official C1 Steward ‘r’ certification after nearly two years of apprenticeships and formal study. Now based back in Colorado, she brings a decade of elite experience to Snowfield Farm, where her goals include competing in the Developing Pro Challenge at Capital Challenge, continuing her success in the derby ring, and supporting the development of horses and riders with a thoughtful, horse-first approach to long-term success.
